You can also request us to delete all the data we have about you either by using a link on the said product; or if such a feature is not available in that specific product, you can email us at admin@limenleap.com If your account has been paid on a subscription, the actual cancellation would happen by the end of the subscription period.  If your account is being paid using credit you have accumulated for your account in that product, then you can either redeem the balance credits as per the refund policy explained herewith; or you can use the account till all the credits are exhausted.

Refund Policy  

If you have purchased credits for any of our products, we can refund you the credits back as money; provided you have initiated the cancellation of your use of the product/service and have also requested us a refund. However, please note: this is a manual process and it would take at least 2 weeks to complete. We will also be deducting any payment gateway charges. 

If you have paid a lump-sum (i.e. fixed cost) we can refund the amount if requested; within 30 days or whatever the time-period that was specified in that specific product/service.  Here too, this is a manual process and it will take at least 2 weeks to complete and we will be deducting any payment gateway charges.
